Spirit filled Christians serving Christ for over 36 years. We have
served in various ministry positions in Tennessee, Alabama, Florida and overseas. Past
areas of service for Donny include: church clerk, Christian education director, teacher, children’s church director,
council member, missions team member, Chairman of the Alabama Lay Ministries Board for the Church of God and board member
for The Freedom Ranch, a home for neglected & abused children. Past areas of service for Charlotte
include: teacher, youth and children’s choir director, praise & worship leader, children’s church pastor,
board member for Christian Women of Amman, Amman Jordan and ladies ministries director. We have served
as care pastors, small group leaders as well as instructors for Global Church Network’s School of Ministry.

Currently we are ordained
ministers with Network of Covenant Churches and Ministries (NCCM). We are conducting Bible studies weekly in our home
and evangelizing at every opportunity. We are founders of ARK Ministry; our focus is success in the home.
For the past thirteen years we have served as marriage coaches and conducted marriage and family conferences
and seminars. We also plan and organize encounter retreats periodically that focus on intimacy with God.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE FOR DONNY:
National Sales Manager for BBVA Compass. Over 20 years experience in the
area of training, marketing and personnel development for government and corporate America.
For the last 14 years I have trained and coached corporate personnel in the area of product
knowledge, sales, sales management along with stress management and personal development
for the financial services industry. I was approved in 2003 as a continuing education
trainer for the Alabama State Board of HV/AC contractors. I have also served as a contract trainer
for Gadsden State and Lawson State Colleges.
Served
two years as a Regional Manager covering Alabama and Florida for National Health Administrator
with responsibility for recruiting, training and managing a sales force. Also successfully managed a branch
office for ISS International for two years with total
responsibility for profit and loss and personnel
development of 175 employees producing 1.2 million in sales annually.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE FOR CHARLOTTE:

I currently serve as Senior
Executive Assistant, Motion Industries Experience for Corporate Headquarters, Birmingham, Alabama.
For four years I was the Executive Assistant to the Mayor of Prattville, Alabama.
Served over 12 years in the financial services field and several years as a legal assistant. My
responsibilities included intra-net content manager, departmental budgeting, client relations, personnel development and recognition
as well as the scheduling and coordinating senior executive events.
MILITARY SERVICE FOR
DONNY:

Served 21 years in the United States Air
Force and finished my career in 1993 as Information Manager for
Air University Headquarters, Montgomery, Alabama. While at Air University I productively managed
Technology Management School
with responsibility for training and educating senior personnel in the area
of software management
and acquisition. Most noted accomplishment during my Air Force career was my
part in a Foreign Military
Sales team assigned to the Middle East. I also received many awards while
serving as an Air Force Recruiter.

the National Speakers Association and speaks regularly as a motivational
and key note speaker for organizations and educational institutions.

We developed “Success in the Home,” a marriage and family relationship training
